Meet Josephine, the fearless ceo behind No Limit Dumpster Rentals, where there are no limits to what she can achieve.

Hello, I am the owner of No Limit Dumpster Rentals LLC. I was born in Iowa and have lived in FL for over 12 years. I have a master's degree in business leadership. My business delivers trailer dumpsters to residential and business clients. In addition, we do trash removal, junk removal, property clean-out, waste debris, and more.

Could you share the story behind the creation of your company? What inspired you to start this particular business?

I started my business for two reasons: one, there is a need for cleaning up the environment, and I want to do my part. Second, after losing my mother, my family struggled to eliminate the years of accumulated items. It was difficult for my father and for the family. I want to assist residential clients and ease the process of clean-up to enable a clutter-free living.

Are there any significant challenges or obstacles you have encountered while running your business, and how have you overcome them?

As a business owner, the biggest challenge is managing the finances, keeping a record of transactions and expenses. I overcame by finding a bookkeeping expert.

If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice when you first started your business, what would it be?

I would have done more research about being an entrepreneur.

Can you share some advice for aspiring business owners or entrepreneurs who are just starting their own business?

I would advise for an aspiring business owner to research your market to see if there is a need/demand for your product or service. Then I would start networking and get over your fear. Understand you will work harder in your business than in your 9-5. Don't be afraid to fail. Be persistent and believe in yourself and your business.
